A creative vinyasa class designed to build both strength and flexibility. Class begins with a grounding warm-up and gradually intensifies, climbing toward peak postures and dynamic sequences. Expect to sweat, move with intention, and leave feeling both challenged and centered.

Sculpt

Style 3
Yoga Sculpt (60 minutes, heated)

Where yoga meets strength training. This full-body workout blends traditional power yoga with weights, resistance bands, and core work to sculpt lean muscle. With breath to movement flow, class balances intensity with yoga fundamentals, always starting with a mindful warm-up and ending with a restorative cool down.

Yin Yoga (60 minutes, lightly heated)

A slow, meditative practice that focuses on deep release and stillness. Poses are held for several minutes at a time, mostly on the floor, with the support of props for comfort. Yin gently stretches connective tissue and joints, improving mobility while calming the nervous system. A safe space for both dancers & non-dancers alike. Diego continues his class that he’s been teaching all throughout LA for the last ten years. Choreography-based with an emphasis on shaking what your mama gave you, this class will leave you feeling like an icon.

An improv based class with a follow-along format, led by Lolly, and experienced dancer and somatic therapist. The class begins with a gentle intuitive warm up, progresses to full body grooves and concludes with a mindful cool down.
