Why do you love teaching? I think coming together in a communtiy to sweat together is a beautiful practice. Showing up in a space where I have the privilege of guiding a group through 45 minutes of breath, sweat, and presence is an honor. I love going on the journey with my class, as a participant as well as a momentary guide. The energy always leads and it’s exciting to see what is possible together.

Why do you love teaching? If I could teach for free I would. Assisting in the transformation of self is the greatest reward I’ve found. There is no better feeling than seeing that light bulb click, or that excitement when a new milestone is accomplished. I think Robin Williams said it best, “I don’t know how much value I have in the universe, bit do know that I’ve made a few people happier than they would have been without me, and as long as I know that, I’m as rich as I ever need to be.”
